Such a documentation including building permit is ready to submit in Municipal Office.
Detailed designs and tender designs
Detailed designs and tender designs are essential documents to allow the Investor precisely estimate the investment costs and select the General Contractor. Documentation contain static calculations, required plans, projections and sections drawings and detail drawings. Bill of materials contains section steel list, reinforcing steel list, concrete volume, list of bolts and anchors. Executive design of reinforced concrete structure contains formwork drawings and reinforcing drawings.
Steel structures and their optimization
We design steel constructions taking into consideration the latest technological and material solutions applying European and Polish standards. The steel guarantees the fastest investment time, maximum material strength compared to its weight and allows large spans of the structure without the need for additional columns. We choose static diagrams, construction systems and types of building materials in terms of functionality and economics of the designed objects. Our experience allows you to take full advantage of the load capacity of structural components while ensuring their safety and functionality. We construct steel bearing elements to fully optimize steel consumption. We design elements, depending on your needs, from rolled, cold-rolled and thin-walled steel profiles. We use beams and columns with a variable cross-section to better use the load capacity of the sections. We take local stability of class 3 and 4 sections into account. We perform static analysis including the optimal division of bearing elements for buckling and lateral buckling lengths. Our design in steel starts with the conceptual design, through the working design, detailed design, and ends with the author's supervision during the construction works and as built design after completion of construction. In the first phase, we start from the preliminary determination of loads and outline of the structure and its static scheme. Then we carry out detailed static and strength calculations including design of nodes, gusset plates, quantity and layout as well as strength of screws and welds. Next, we provide detailed documentation and material lists of profile steel, bolts and anchors.
Silos and steel tanks
We design various types of silos for bulk materials, ashes, cement, stone and other materials as well as containers for liquid substances. The shape of the tanks can be cylindrical or cuboidal, depending on the technological needs of the investor. We perform static analysis at every stage of the construction and use of tanks.
Structural survey
We carry out building condition assessments, determined on the basis of site inspection and analysis of available construction documentation. Structural survey may include laboratory tests of building materials such as concrete, structural steel and reinforcing steel. It also defines the load-bearing capacity of structural elements: roofs, ceilings, walls, continuous footings, foundation footings, foundation slabs, indirect foundation elements and soil. You need a structural survey if: - we change the way the room is exploited - in the case of reconstruction or adaptation of an existing facility - analysis of structural damage in the form of cracks, corrosion, efflorescence and others is required - it requires a registration in the construction site log book during the periodic inspection of the facility - you need to analyse the causes of faults and structural failures on the building object A well-prepared structural survey should include a description of the subject of the study and the purpose to be used, a description of the structural design of the building, a description of the tested elements, a description of the examinations and opencasts, photographic documentation, conclusions and recommendations regarding necessary repairs, assessment of the technical condition and suitability for further use of the building, description of visible damages and the reasons for their appearance. If necessary, determine the bearing capacity of structural elements and determine the permissible loads.
